Meditation 301: Beyond Mindfulness - Compassionate Action
This 10-week series is facilatated by professor and Zen monk Dr. Douglas Gentile. With each 30-minute session, we will build the inner resources to work with others' distress as well as our own, so that we can be of benefit without getting burned out. Dr. Gentile provides meditation techniques, teachings, and other resources focused on building trust in ourselves and in our ability to handle our experience.
