Spring 2021 Meditation 301 was a 13-week series with a focus on using meditation and contemplative techniques to work with anxiety and other difficult emotions. Professor and Zen monk Dr. Douglas Gentile provides guided meditations, talks, and other resources focused on building emotional resilience and maturity.
