Resolve Conflict with Empathy

 In a world often challenged by divisiveness and rigid opinions about right and wrong, one of the most important skills we have is to empathically listen to others in order to understand their perspective. When we take the time to truly listen and put ourselves in another’s person's life experience, we can transform relationships and transform ourselves. This workshop will help you explore and understand what feelings and experiences may lie “under the surface” for yourself and others that give rise to statements and actions we see in everyday life. You will also learn a simple “but not always easy” method of empathic listening that you can put into practice immediately to help you let go of assumptions and “tune in” to others experiences to enhance your relationships.
