Rethinking Resilience: Coping in Our Everyday

Rethinking Resilience is a workshop on understanding stress in our every day and its impact on well-being. Participants will learn how stress is defined, how it can manifest in all aspects of health, and how it can reduce effectiveness at work. In addition, participants will learn how to use stress to guide them in creating well-being in their every day; including identifying triggers of stress, practicing simple techniques, and uncovering the inner resources and tools needed to be more resilient.
