Energy Management: Creating Well-being in Our Work and Life
Today's work environment demands more every day, making it critical to bring our best self to work and life. Understanding energy management not only creates the opportunity to act and respond from our best self every day, but it makes the way we work more sustainable! In this session, participants will learn about the four coure energy needs of human beings and institutions, and how an intentional choice for well-being can create sustainability for both. Participants will walk away with a greater understanding of the energy "drainers" in our every day and how neglecting any core energy area may be challenging their work efficiency and ability to handle change. In addition, practical skills and techniques to recharge and renew throughout the day and week will be shared.
